Thompson Hall: Unlimited Award and Isolation Blog

A pencil drawing on paper that has top and bottom borders with masked faces, and left and right borders with hospital signs. In the middle are rows of coronavirus shapes and a text that reads "coronavirus clampdown".

ActionSpace artist, Thompson Hall, has been invited by Unlimited to create a blog about his experience of working from home during the current lockdown. Reflecting on what it is like to work from home, Thompson has also created a series of drawings in response to his home environment and the coronavirus.

Read the blog here.

Congratulations to Thompson, too, for being awarded an Unlimited micro award. The grant will be used to further develop Thompson Hall’s visual style using the imagery of African Kanga cloth, symbols, and text to express thoughts and feelings about his life in London.
