Daisy volunteers at the Monday sessions at our Cockpit Arts Studio.

She assists Artist Facilitator Michelle Kurth by working one-to-one with the artists to encourage and develop their practices.

Daisy began volunteering with ActionSpace a year and a half ago and has become an important member of the ActionSpace team. She has progressed to taking on paid work occasionally, including running one of ActionSpace’s outreach projects at Pepperfield.

Read about Daisy’s experiences of volunteering on the Inside ActionSpace blog.

When not at ActionSpace, Daisy is an artist and ceramicist, using traditional hand-building techniques to create ceramic forms inspired by wilderness. You can see and buy pieces here: daisycooperceramics.com
