Mondays are Beautiful explored the diverse practices of the artists who work out of the ActionSpace studio on Mondays.

This was a group exhibition by five ActionSpace artists for Creative Health Camden. The exhibition featured artworks by local artists Thomas Owen, Patrick Moses, Matthew Berry, Abu Hasnat and Seamus Furey who are all artists based at our supported studio at Cockpit Bloomsbury.

Using a range of mediums, artworks presented abstract patterns, vivid and exploding colours, energetic and considered mark making, overlapping and merging shapes to create a vibrant body of work.

The exhibition provided an opportunity to view recent artworks by all exhibiting artists with the title amplifying the collective relish these artists have for their distinct practices and artmaking on Mondays.
