ActionSpace artist Thompson Hall, Co-Director Sheryll Catto, and Associate Artist Charlotte Hollinshead took part in a conversation with Bloc Projects’ Public Programme Coordinator Sunshine Wong as part of the webinar series ‘Harsh Light’. They focused on Thompson Hall’s and Nnena Kalu‘s work, placing it within the wider context of contemporary arts practice and taking a critical look at the art world’s current aspirational thinking on “care” by exploring issues of/around/beyond disability as an overly generalised category in the arts.
