This means championing learning disabled artists on the national and international stage through exhibitions, residencies, commissions, and partnerships with leading arts institutions. We work to build strong, lasting relationships across the wider arts world — with institutions, commissioners, and buyers — and to support artists in accessing employment opportunities and open call submissions.

What we’re working towards

Underpinning everything we do is a clear and ambitious goal: to create real, lasting change for learning disabled people in the visual arts. We aim to open doors, challenge assumptions, and positively disrupt the UK visual arts sector — helping artists to develop their skills, access employment, and gain the recognition they deserve. We want their work to be seen, valued, and genuinely understood.

We are also committed to ensuring that learning disabled artists have a meaningful voice in shaping the arts sector — not simply as participants, but as leaders within it.
